Interstarch debuted as an exhibitor at the UK's largest F&B exhibition IFE 2024, which took place in London on March 25-27, 2024

For the first time Interstarch participated as an exhibitor in the largest F&B exhibition of Great Britain IFE 2024, which took place on March 25-27, 2024 in London.

IFE 2024, the International Food & Drink Event, is a business event that brought together more than 1,500 regional and global suppliers in the field of food and beverage production, as well as ingredient suppliers from 102 countries around the world and presented new perspectives for Interstarch. This was a real journey through innovative flavors. Within the exhibition you can find literally everything: food products, a variety of beverages, everything necessary for storage, packaging, transportation, technological innovations, specialized and related services.

Despite the challenges that Ukraine faces its food industry remains reliable, presenting promising opportunities for collaboration with British and European companies. Numerous special seminars and culinary shows focused on the latest industry trends and evolving consumer preferences. For potential customers among more than 27,000 visitors on the exhibition, several factors were extremely important: product novelty, quality, supplier diversification, smart supply chain management.

As part of IFE 2024, the Interstarch team presented its products: native and modified starches, maltodextrins, dry syrups, crystalline fructose and gluten-free ingredients. All this is widely used by food industry manufacturers in the production of sauces, mayonnaise, cheeses, yogurts, breading, baking and many other products.

The UK market presents significant opportunities for ingredient suppliers in food industry. With a flourishing food sector and increasing demand for quality ingredients, especially organic, natural, and functional ones, there's a burgeoning interest in exploring new raw materials to craft innovative recipes.

According to Max Kyrychenko, Regional sales manager of Interstarch company: "Our participation in IFE is really a valuable experience. As first-time exhibitors the participation provided us a deeper understanding of the Great Britain and Ireland markets, we created a client’s profile and his requests in this region. The exhibition was busy, we had numerous meetings and many potential customers and partners appeared. There is a lot of interest to the products we supply. Our brand is already recognized on the Albion market, but of course there is a huge potential for growth and development. We can offer not only products, but also solutions, technological support and even training on our products. We look forward to fruitful cooperation in this part of the world and look forward to the next meeting with our partners at IFE 2025."
